Description
Valve Core Assembly Machine was designed and manufactured by AUTOLAND in 1990. Since the first version was invented, we kept accumulating experience in producing and corresponding different requirement from clients to enhancing the machine.
The example was made in 2018. The requirement was to slip O-rings on the particular position of valve core. And the machine must can assemble multiple types of valve core.
The difficulty of this example is that O-ring has both resilience and rigidity, must been sliped in just right power and timing to match the particular position. As for multiple types, we must design several modes and a adjustable mechinery. And the valve core was not symmetry, should be load in mechinery in particular direction.
The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same time make sure the process of sliping is accurate. For that, we take turn-table as the structure of machine to create enough production capacity and save space. As for assembling multiple similar types of valve, we take robot combined with CCD to make sure the valve core can be loaded in the same direction. And we designed specialized jigs combined with electrical control to achieve the target.
