Solenoid Assembly Machine was designed and manufactured by AUTOLAND in 1990. Since the first version was invented, we kept accumulating experience in producing and corresponding different requirement from clients to enhancing the machine.
The example was made in 2018. The requirement was to assemble a semi-finished part of round valve with solenoid and related components into a valve can.
The difficulty of this example is that solenoid and related components were not symmetry. We should set a direction before load them into mechinery.
The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same timefind a solution for the direction of components. For that, we take turn-table as the structure of machine to create enough production capacity and save space. As for the direction of compoments, we used a kind of pallet changer invented by AUTOLAND to protect solenoid and made solenoid can stay in a same position before loading. We also design specialized jig, screwing mechinery and electric control to made feeding mechinery can feed in a fixed direction and to assemble similar types of solenoid.
