Round O-ring Second Part Assembly Machine was designed and manufactured by AUTOLAND in 1990. Since the first version was invented, we kept accumulating experience in producing and corresponding different requirement from clients to enhancing the machine.
The example was made in 2018. The requirement was to assemble a semi-finished round valve with two main parts and related components. And the machine must can assemble multiple types of semi-finished round valve.
Secondly, we needed auto-detection when mechinery was screwing. And finally we must distributed reasonable space for the machinery.
The difficulty of this example is that first, there was a few difference in assembly order between different types. Secondly, we needed auto-detection when mechinery was screwing. And finally we must distributed reasonable space for the machinery.
The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same time distribute reasonable configuration for the machine. For that, we take turn-table as the structure of machine to create enough production capacity and save space. We design a mechinery for functions that some types needed to save space. Ensuring other same operations between different kinds can share enough space. As for assembling multiple similar types of valve and accuracy, we designed specialized jigs combined with electrical control to achieve the target.
