Stroke Setting Machine was designed and manufactured in 1990. To fit different needs from different clients, we kept accumulating various experience to enhance the machine
The example was made in 2018. The needs from client was to lock valves to the same depth. The standard of acceptance was ±0.0002 inchs.
The difficulty of this example is that asking of accuracy was extremely high. Any vibration can impact the result of working.The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same time make sure accuracy. For that we used tough materials and designed strong structures to avoid any vibration from machine or outside As for accuracy, we use high accurate scale combined with robot to achieve the target. Then we design double mechinery working together to ensure effectiveness.
