Description
Round Valve First Part Assembly Machine was designed and manufactured by AUTOLAND in 1990. Since the first version was invented, we kept accumulating experience in producing and corresponding different requirement from clients to enhancing the machine.
The example was made in 2018. The requirement was to assemble semi-finished round valve with retainer, valve core and valve body, and the machine must can made multiple types of valve.
The difficulty of this example is that due to the design of production, the valve core had interference with valve body during assembling. To avoid scratching the valve core, we must located mechinery accurately.
The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same time make sure accuracy. For that, we take turn-table as the structure of machine to create enough production capacity and save space. As for accuracy, we designed specialized jigs and screwing mechinery combined with electrical control, setting a quantitative power for mechinery to assemble accurately. And because of we design the specialized jigs, we made the machine can assemble multiple similar types of valve.
