Description
O-ring Assembly Machine was designed and manufactured by AUTOLAND in 1990. Since the first version was invented, we kept accumulating experience in producing and corresponding different requirement from clients to enhancing the machine.
The example was made in 2018. The requirement was to slip O-rings on the valve core, and the machine must can made multiple types of valve core.
The difficulty of this example is that O-ring has both resilience and rigidity, must been sliped in just right power and timing to match the particular position. As for multiple types, we must design several modes and a adjustable mechinery.
The target AUTOLAND set this time is to ensure the speed of producting, at the same time make sure the process of sliping is accurate. For that, we take turn-table as the structure of machine to create enough production capacity and save space. As for assembling multiple similar types of valve, we designed specialized jigs combined with electrical control to achieve the target.
